All content, design, branding, software, logos, and documentation provided through KOUNTANT remain the intellectual property of Softcodix or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your business needs — subject to these terms.

KOUNTANT is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Softcodix disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.
You may stop using KOUNTANT at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in activities that threaten the integrity of the service.
Termination of your account does not relieve you of payment obligations for any prior or current billing cycle.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of our platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.
